Como Lidiar Con el Rechazo

Hemos estado hablando en la pagina de FB sobre el obstaculo del miedo.  Muchas mujeres le tienen miedo al rechazo y por esa razon no se atreven a compartir o a cumplir con sus metas.  Como debemos reaccionar ante el rechazo?
1. Pausa y acepta que te a dolido. El dolor es real y lo debes reconocer.
2. Toma un tiempito para procesarlo. Todos procesamos el rechazo en diferente manera. Toma un dia libre del trabajo; comete un buen postre; sal a caminar; mira una pelicula chistosa... en fin, procesalo a tu manera y por supuesto incluye la palabra y la oracion.
3. Ora y pidele al Señor consejo o que te guie a alguien que te puede aconsejar segun la Palabra de Dios.
4. No te desahogues en las redes sociales.  PUNTO.
5. El hecho de que una persona o varias personas hayan rechazado tus ideas o sueños no significa que Dios lo a rechazado.  Jose fue rechazado por sus hermanos pero su llamado de Dios nunca cambio. 
6. No lo tomes personalmente.  Respeta que otros tienen el libre albedrio de decir  SI o NO. 
7. Aprende del momento y sigue adelante tocando puertas sin rendirte!!!

Unas de las herramientas que mas me a ayudado a mi a cumplir con mis metas es tener una agenda donde escribo mi plan de accion para todos los dias! Este plan incluye la comida que voy a comprar, las citas que voy a tener, las ideas que se me ocurrren para mis enseñanzas, productos, libros, iglesia,etc. y los pasos que debo tomar para lograrlo.
Tener una agenda es tener un plan de organizacion y comprosimo contigo misma y los que te rodean. Lo que importa es que consiguas cualquier agenda (aun las venden en la tienda del dollar) y comiences a organizar tu vida para poder cumplir tus metas.
